Lead Pastor
Crossroads Church is non-denominational, Bible-based church, with an average weekend attendance of 200. Crossroads is well established in the community, having celebrated our 100th year anniversary in May 2011.
The Lead Pastor, together with the elders, is responsible for the oversight and the spiritual welfare of the church. Our church staff consist of 2 ministerial positions and 2 administrative support personnel.
The ideal Lead Pastor will:
• Show discernment when making decisions
• Be able to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrate a working rapport with diverse groups
At this time Crossroads offers a 10:00 am Sunday morning worship service, featuring a mixture of traditional and contemporary worship styles.
Preferred Education & Experience
• 5-10 years experience in church ministry roles preferred.

Compensation
• $55,000 - $80,000 plus benefits

Candidate for consideration must posses a deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ and live a transparent and exemplary life. Education and experience should be appropriate for the responsibilities of a Lead Pastor.
