This group meets the first Tuesday of each month and focuses on photography assignments to provide photos for sermon slides, bulletins, our website, etc.
We also have some training classes and some group field trips. It is a group that welcomes your ideas and input if you have an interest in photograhy.

M.O.M.S. group is for Moms Offering Moms Support. We meet every Friday morning from 9:30-11:30 at the Senior Center.
Each week we share yummy treats, our prayers requests and a new topic to help moms out! We talk about everything from Green Cleaning to Money Saving Tips to Free Summer Time Activities as well as craft projects and recipe exchanges.
We have child care for $2 a child, $4 max a family but the moms can feel free to hold little ones that are still breast feeding. |

There are two predominant themes in the New Testament letter of Hebrews; the superiority of Jesus Christ and how that superiority does and should affect us. Jesus’ superiority is made clear through His qualities as God’s Son; His position compared to that of angels; and in His role as High Priest. The effect this has upon us is seen in the assurance our faith in Him provides; our confession of hope in Him; our stimulation and encouragement of one another; our focus on living by faith; and our love for each other.
These hallowed heights of historic headucation will be made clear and challenging as we enter into lively discussions that allow each participant to learn and grow as the Spirit leads him or her.

“Our love is true love and it will never fade!” While that makes for a great movie line, in reality it’s a bunch of nonsense. True love doesn’t follow you like a little puppy that is constantly there. It’s actually more like a greased pig! You have to chase after it and pursue it. You have to run it down and tackle it and when it gets away, you go after it one more time. You may finally get a hold of it for a while, but then the little rascal can slip away and you have to chase it down again.
Men and women who ascribe to all this romantic fantasy stuff will be sorely disappointed. They think that the emotional high and buzz they experience at the beginning of dating or marriage will always be there. That’s why so many people become disillusioned once they get into
marriage—and sometimes it doesn’t take very long at all.
In the real world the stuff of life happens—kids, in-laws, exhaustion, dirty laundry, lack of sex, so on and so on… Sometimes it’s huge stuff like loss of a job, death, serious illness, an accident or other catastrophes. But it’s in these “for worse” times that real love is fostered and developed. It’s easy to have all the happy feelings toward someone when everything is going great. But true love, the kind that Scripture talks about, is tested and tried in the difficult times. True love requires patience, perseverance, dying to self, and forgiving.
In this class we’ll explore “real marriage” and what it takes to fan the flames of “true love” in the midst of “real life”. Brief humorous video presentations will launch us into weekly discussions on the differences between men and women, the barriers to marriage communication, and principles for rekindling the spark between husband and wife. I guarantee you we’ll laugh our way to better marriages! |

In our faith we follow in someone’s steps. A parent, a teacher, a hero—none of us are the first to walk the trail. All of us have someone we follow. In our faith we leave footprints to guide others. A child, a friend, a recent convert. None should be left to walk the trail alone.
It’s the principle of discipleship.
Timothy didn’t walk the trail alone. He followed in the steps of Paul, his father in the faith. Paul knew he was following. He also knew the snow was getting deep. So he slowed his pace to help. He penned a letter to Timothy, giving him practical advice on how to lead a church.
As a young minister, Timothy was faced with all sorts of challenges. Step-by-step, Paul patiently instructed him, and in doing so, he instructs us.
A few questions we will consider... Who are you following? When you get where you are going, will it be where you intended? Also, what kind of trail are you leaving? If someone follows your steps, will they arrive at the right place?
