Alaska Mission Trip - Kokrine Hills Bible Camp
What: Work Camp!
When: June 9-18
Cost: $850 + airfare to Anchorage ($1500 total)

Kokrine Hills Bible Camp provides a safe place for kids from Native and Eskimo villages in the Alaskan bush to experience the love of Jesus. We will be joining folks from other churches to get the camp ready for the summer. Projects include (but not limited to) - logging, milling logs into lumber, construction of cabins, clearing brush, maintaining the air strip, cleaning cabins – you get the idea. This is an opportunity to serve and make a difference to kids who need the gospel. The fellowship is amazing, and the recreation is like none other.

The camp is remotely located on the Yukon River in the interior of Alaska. The nearest civilization is the village of Ruby (about 200 people), located 55 miles downstream. The camp has a commercial kitchen, hot and cold showers, and even flush toilets!

Ladies are welcome, as are children. This is also a great way to spend a week in the wilderness with your children (a kid’s dream.)
